Bad Behavior Biscuits

Bad Behavior Biscuits

Warm biscuits, a smear of hot honey butter, done. The easiest way to ruin a perfectly respectable breakfast.

  • Serves 4
  • 5 min prep
  • 15 min bake

What you need

  • 8 biscuits, homemade, frozen or refrigerated
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp Little Menace Hot Honey, plus more to drizzle
  • Pinch of flaky salt

How to make it

  1. Bake the biscuits according to the package or your recipe.
  2. While they bake, stir the softened butter and hot honey together until smooth.
  3. Split the biscuits while they're still hot. Spread with the hot honey butter and finish with a pinch of flaky salt and an extra drizzle.

Make it a breakfast sandwich

Add a fried egg, a slice of cheddar and a crispy piece of fried chicken or sausage. Drizzle again. No one will stop you.

Menace tip: The hot honey butter keeps in the fridge for up to a week. Try it on cornbread, toast and waffles too.
